Limits Wheeled how much will i get if i sold my hot wheels limited edition set that has a racecar and a lucky store truck?
its from 1995 or 1996 i think and i saved it for a long time since i bought personally i think the old hot wheels and playsets are better
I deal in old toys, hot wheels of this year are worth less than what you paid for them.if they were from the sixties. Some of these are worth twenty or thirty bucks.
Two bicycle tires are set rolling with the same initial speed of 3.40m/s along a long, straight road, and the distance each travels before its speed is reduced by half is measured. One tire is inflated to a pressure of 40 psi and goes 18.5m ; the other is at 105 psi and goes 92.8 m. Assume that the net horizontal force is due to rolling friction only
A)What is the coefficient of rolling friction for the tire under low pressure?
B) What is the coefficient of rolling friction for the second one?
Friction coefficient μ = F(rf)/F(normal) = ma/mg = a/g
s = (v0^2-v1^2)/(2a) ==> a = (v0^2-v1^2)/(2s)
A. At 40 psi, μ = (3.4^2-1.7^2)/(2*18.5*9.8) = 0.02391
B. At 105 psi, μ = (3.4^2-1.7^2)/(2*92.8*9.8) = 0.004767

I've already worn this outfit, and the pants are skinny pants, if you can't tell. I can't wear jeans because of dress code.
I'm not a fan of the pants, but the rest of the outfit is cute. Change the colour of the shirt to something more neutral.
That's nearly the same outfit I plan on wearing tomorrow, except with dark jeans instead.
Organizer Travel Case Am I legally entitled to claim money from a company if...? (please see details, long explanation)?
I have bought tickets to an event in the middle of a city near my town, however, to get there and back I need to book a taxi, and the taxi company require me to pay a few days in advance, which is non-refundable if I cancel. This is not a problem. However, there is word going around that more tickets have been sold than there is actually space for at the event, in which case many people will be told they can't come in. The event organisers insist this is not the case, but one can never be too sure. Which means that until I turn up, I do not know if I'll actually be able to go in. If it turns out I can't enter the event venue, am I legally entitled for the event organisers to pay for my travel expenses, as it is their fault my travel money has been wasted? Sorry for rambling Thanks in advance to any helpful answers. If it makes any difference, I am in the United Kingdom.
You have to read the small print on the events quarantines, but i doubt very much if that will be included.
Enamel Crystal A type of enamel that would be good for painting plastic? Specifically a Cell Phone Exterior?
I went out and got some foil backed, glass crystals to put on the front of my LG UX145BK and I want to try and paint the rim of the ear piece purple.
Here is what the phone looks like: http://cgi.ebay.com/LG-ORIGINAL-OEM-BILINGUAL-MANUAL-ENGLISH-SPANISH-UX145_W0QQitemZ280349068070QQcmdZViewItemQQptZPDA_Accessories?hash=item41461b4b26&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=65%3A12|66%3A2|39%3A1|72%3A1205|240%3A1318|301%3A0|293%3A1|294%3A50
The Crystals cover the black surface and I want to paint the Grey Surface a glossy purple.
Is there any type of plastic specific enamel that would have a nice, glossy coat?
I don’t mind touching up later if it chips etc.
Thanks!
You can use a dab of nail color paint and seal it with nail polish. As for hobby paints, Testors or Tamiya can do the job quite nicely. Make sure you put a coat of clear gloss whichever paint you choose to make the paint job more durable. =)
