Cruise Two

I am going on a cruise and am debating between two. Has anyone cruised with Carnival Cruise Lines?

The two cruises in question sail on the Carnival Glory and the Carnival Legend. Which ship is nicer? By the way, the itineraries are identical except for the port city. Thank you.

This is from a 30yr Male that has been on 6+ cruises.

The Glory is a more expensive, nicer and larger ship. Carnival is an OK cruise line, but Royal Caribbean is much nicer. Both generally have the identical itineraries with the exception of stops at their private out-islands. The somewhat $100-200 price difference between RCL and CCL is definitely %100 worth the difference. The staff is generally great on either cruise line, but RCL the will never tell you NO to any request you give them. Carnival has no problems telling you NO to little things like asking for the soda can with the soda get at a bar.

The RCCL Boats are much larger in size and appearance which is important on a week long cruise. The carnival ships make me feel closed in and they use their spaces in a very inefficient manner. The middle of the RCCL boats are like shopping malls with everything centrally located.
