Refund for a motorbike?
I am not sure if this is the correct place to ask this....
I bought a bike which has a serious vibration problem with engiene which causes speedo to be inaccurate. My speedo reads about 30-50% optimistic, and varies up and down at constant travelling speed. this is a nightmare and under warranty has not been fixed ddespite 3 attempts to fix it by shop i bought it from.
have had it 2 weeks from new and would like to get a full refund to buy a different more reliable bike from different shop.
I dropped the bike and scratched the fairing a bit and broke a indicator loight - light fixxed fairing not.
WHAT are my rights as a consumer to demand a refund on this bike?
many thanks
BTW the speedo is delayed so i cant be sure what speed i am doing if accelerating / decelerating
You have no right to a refund but you do have the right to demand that the shop fix the bike. If after one more attempt they don't resolve the problem, contact the manufacturer directly for help>
