I have a 13" thick pillow top mattress?
it's a queen...the only sheets that fit and cover it so that you can't see any of the mattress are the really warm, soft flannel ones I got from Target... and that is because they are so "stretchy". Because of the thickness of my mattress, should I buy King sheets.. or will they not fit either? Also what about Comforter sets? All the ones I have a Queen, but they barely fit.

Mine is a thick mattress, too. Sheets that fit will cost more, but they do make them. They are labeled 'deep pocket' or something to that effect & will usually fit up to a 15" or 17" deep mattress. Instead of Target, look at Kohls or Mervyns. Same with mattress pads. King sheets will still not fit right~trust me! LOL!
As to a comforter, King is your answer. it'll be a little large, but that should not be a problem unless it has a design that's supposed to be around the top edge of the mattress. Easy enough to avoid.
